Returns & exchanges
We want you to love every purchase. Unused items in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery with your receipt or order number.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, opened feeding items, breast pump parts, underwear and personal care products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Faulty items are replaced or refunded after inspection. Manufacturer warranties apply to strollers, car seats and electronics.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 working days.
